Leiper's Creek Timber Frames (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use www.lctimberframes.com, our project inquiry form, and our careers application form.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city/state, and where you are in the building process. When you apply for a role on our Careers page, we collect your name, email, phone, role interest, optional message, and the resume file you upload. We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited through analytics tools (including Google Analytics / Google tags and Meta pixel) when enabled on this site.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, follow up about timber frame projects, and operate our customer relationship systems. We use careers application information to evaluate hiring interest and communicate about roles; applicant records and resumes are stored in our company CRM People systems. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, CRM, or hosting), only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
