Alongside the Village Elms cruck pavilion, Leiper’s Creek Timber Frames built accessory timber structures for the same property—smaller frames that support outdoor living without repeating the pavilion’s geometry.

Accessory frames still need full joinery discipline: posts, beams, and braces cut to fit, raised cleanly, and left ready for roofing and finish by the site’s builders.

Together with the pavilion, the accessory work shows how a property can grow a timber vocabulary over time—one primary gathering space, then supporting structures in the same craft language.
