Sunset Ridge Timber Frame Barn Home
Sunset Ridge is a timber frame barn home—a residential program wrapped in barn-form structure rather than a utilitarian outbuilding.
Barn homes ask the frame to do two jobs at once: carry the roof and walls like a barn, and leave room for living spaces, lofts, and daylight where a house needs them.
Leiper’s Creek Timber Frames produced the timber package through conceptual 3D design, engineering, shop fabrication, and raising, then handed the site back to the builder for enclosure and finish.
We are not the home builder. The value of the timber frame is the exposed structure you live under—posts, beams, and trusses that stay in the finished rooms.
Portfolio cards list this project among our monitor and pavilion work as a full living structure: a barn silhouette built for people first.
