Nashville Fall Festival King Post Pavilion
For the Nashville Fall Festival, Leiper’s Creek Timber Frames designed and raised a king post pavilion—an open event structure whose central king post and principal rafters read clearly from the ground.
Festival and event pavilions have to go up on a schedule. The frame is cut in the shop, delivered, and raised so organizers get a finished timber silhouette without a long field-carpentry phase.
A king post truss puts the drama in the middle of the roof: the vertical post, the ties, and the rafters meet in a joint pattern people notice while they walk underneath.
We work nationwide from Franklin, Tennessee, and event frames like this are a good fit for landowners and organizers who want real timber—not a pipe tent—under a temporary or seasonal program.
