Leiper’s Fork Monitor Barn 38x44 Half Loft Monitor Barn

38x44 Half Loft Monitor BarnLeiper’s Fork, Tennessee38×44

The Leiper’s Fork Monitor Barn is a 38-by-44-foot half-loft monitor barn—a timber frame with a raised center roof and loft space along part of the plan.

Half-loft monitors mix working volume with storage or overlook space. The monitor brings light down the center while the loft uses the eave height for a second level.

Built in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, the frame is part of the same community landscape as our event barn work, but it is a different building: monitor profile and loft, not a hammerbeam event hall.

Raising a monitor barn means coordinating the main bents with the upper monitor plates so the roof breaks correctly. That geometry is resolved in the 3D model before CNC cutting.

If you arrived from a short URL, note that /portfolio/leipers-fork/ points to the event barn. This monitor barn lives only at this longer slug.
