The Leiper’s Fork Event Barn is a 40-by-60-foot timber frame built around hammerbeam trusses—an open roof system that clears the center of the room for gatherings.

Hammerbeams let a barn-scale event space feel tall without dropping a row of posts down the middle. Curved or straight hammer members carry the roof while the floor stays open for tables, music, and circulation.

Leiper’s Fork is home territory for Leiper’s Creek Timber Frames. This event barn sits in that landscape as a place meant to host people, not store equipment.

A 40×60 frame is a production and raising problem as much as a design one: engineered drawings, CNC cutting, delivery, and a short installation window so the GC can enclose on schedule.
