Bee Tree Hill 30×54 Monitor Barn
Bee Tree Hill is a 30-by-54-foot monitor barn timber frame—a classic American barn profile with a raised center bay that brings light and volume into the middle of the structure.
Leiper’s Creek Timber Frames designed and raised the frame as a custom timber package: the primary bents, plates, and roof members are cut for traditional joinery and assembled on site so the barn reads as a finished structural skeleton before enclosure.
Monitor barns ask for careful roof geometry. The side aisles and center monitor must meet cleanly so loads transfer through the posts and plates without fighting the next trade’s sheathing and metal.
Like our other custom frames, Bee Tree Hill was produced through concept, engineering, CNC shop work, and a short raising window. We are not the general contractor; we deliver the timber frame and leave the site ready for enclosure by the builder’s team.
The result is a long-span barn volume meant to last—an heirloom frame sized for real use, not a decorative porch kit.
